People ask us the same question first: where does everyone sleep? Sunshine Suites has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and we set it up so six couples each get a private king suite with their own bath, and the kids get a bunk room of their own. All told the house sleeps up to 20 across twelve beds. Here is the bed by bed breakdown so you know exactly what you are getting before you book.

How does Sunshine Suites sleep 20 people?
It comes down to six king suites plus a bunk room. Each suite has one king bed and its own bathroom, so the adults and couples spread out with real privacy. The bunk room keeps the kids together. Across all seven rooms that is twelve beds, and most groups of 16 to 20 sleep without anyone ending up on a couch.

Does every bedroom have its own bathroom?
Every king suite does. All six of them have a private en-suite bath, which is the thing big families tell us they care about most. Nobody is waiting on a shared bathroom at seven in the morning. The bunk room uses a full bath close by, so the kids are covered too. That is eight bathrooms for seven bedrooms.
Where do the kids sleep?
In the bunk room. We set it aside for the younger crowd so they can stay up whispering and the adults can still get some rest. It keeps the cousins together, which is usually where the best part of the trip happens anyway. You can see the room in the photo gallery.
Can you add extra beds for a bigger group?
The house is set for up to 20, and we would rather give you an honest answer than oversell it. If your group is right at the edge of that number, reach out before you book and we will talk through what actually fits comfortably. We are not going to cram people in just to take the booking.
What is the rest of the house like?
