How does check-in work?

What is provided?
The home comes set up for a crowd: a full kitchen with cookware for 16, bedding and towels for everyone, a washer and dryer, smart TVs with streaming in every bedroom and both living rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and central heat and air.
