How many bedrooms and bathrooms does it have?
Sunshine Suites has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Six of the seven bedrooms are king master suites, and every one has its own private en-suite bathroom, so six couples can each close their own door at night. The seventh room is a bunk room built for kids and grandkids. In our experience, that private-bath-per-couple layout is the single biggest reason multi-family groups choose a house over six hotel rooms: nobody negotiates a shared bathroom at 7 a.m. Across all seven rooms the home holds 12 beds and sleeps up to 20 guests, so it reads more like a small private resort wing than a crowded share.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
The sleeping plan is built around privacy. Each of the six king master suites has a king bed and a private bathroom, so parents, couples, and grandparents can spread out without sharing space. The bunk room adds bunk beds for the younger crowd, keeping kids together and adults rested. With 12 beds in total, most groups of 16 to 20 sleep without anyone on a sofa. You can see every room, the suites, the bunk room, and the living areas, in the photo gallery, which is the fastest room-by-room reference before you book.
What’s included inside?
Inside, Sunshine Suites is set up to feed and entertain a crowd. The full kitchen has a refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, a second full-size refrigerator in the garage for big-group groceries and drinks, and enough cookware to cook for 16, and the dining table seats everyone at once. Every bedroom and both living rooms, upstairs and down, have smart TVs with streaming, and there is high-speed Wi-Fi for anyone working remotely, central air conditioning and heat, and a washer and dryer. Outside there’s a covered patio with a private hot tub and fire pit. For the complete list, every appliance, the bedding, and resort access, see amenities & what’s included. We’ve found the full kitchen and the single large table are what turn a big group from managing logistics into actually eating dinner together.
How close are the water park and Zion National Park?
Location is the home’s quiet advantage. Sunshine Suites sits about 100 steps from Paradise Village’s Kid’s Cove lazy river and splash pad, with a short walk to the two-tier Paradise Falls pools. The hot tubs and upper pool are heated year-round; the lazy river, slides and lower pool run from mid-February through Thanksgiving. Downtown St. George is about 10 minutes away and Tuacahn Amphitheatre about 5. Zion National Park is roughly a 50-minute drive; according to the National Park Service, Zion runs a seasonal shuttle into the canyon, which makes it a realistic day trip from the home. Snow Canyon State Park is even closer, about 5 to 10 minutes. Water park out the door, plus three state and national parks within an hour, is hard to match at this size.
How much does it cost and how do you book?
Sunshine Suites rents as a whole home from $599 per night, and you can book it directly here instead of through Airbnb or Vrbo. Booking direct skips third-party service fees, which add up quickly on a large home and a week-long group stay. Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock, no front desk, no key handoff, and arrival details arrive before your trip. A scenario we see often: a grandparent organizing a reunion prices six hotel rooms against one house, then books the house once they realize each couple still gets a private suite for less per head.
