Sunshine Suites rates start at $599 per night for the whole 7-bedroom home, that price covers all 7 bedrooms, not a single room. At full occupancy of 20 guests it works out to roughly $30 per person, per night, with no extra per-guest fee. Booking direct on this site skips the Airbnb and Vrbo service fees a group would otherwise pay. How much does Sunshine Suites cost?
Sunshine Suites costs from $599 per night for the entire home. Because the rate is for the whole property, adding guests up to the 20-person maximum does not raise the price, a group of 18 pays the same nightly rate as a group of 8. Here is what a night includes. Beyond the nightly rate, plan on a one-time $325 cleaning fee, and Utah lodging tax of 11.2% added at booking.
| What a night costs | Detail |
|---|---|
| Whole-home nightly rate | From $599 |
| Guests included | Up to 20 (no per-guest fee) |
| Per person at full occupancy | About $30 per night |
| Bedrooms / bathrooms | 7 / 8 |
| Check-in | Self check-in, smart lock (included) |
| Booking | Direct, no Airbnb/Vrbo service fee |
What affects the nightly rate?
The $599 figure is the starting, off-peak rate, and three things move it. Season is the biggest: spring and fall are peak in St. George’s mild desert climate, while mid-winter and high summer are quieter and cheaper. Length of stay matters next, longer bookings often price better per night than a two-night weekend. Big local events are the third: during the St. George Marathon (the first Saturday of October) and the Huntsman World Senior Games each October, whole homes near the courses book earliest and at the highest rates. In our experience, October dates and spring break weeks are the first to sell out, so groups that book those early lock the better rate.
Is it cheaper to book direct than on Airbnb or Vrbo?
Yes. Airbnb and Vrbo add a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate and cleaning fee, commonly around 12 to 15 percent of the subtotal, according to the platforms’ own published fee structures. On a $599-a-night home booked for a week, that fee alone can add several hundred dollars before taxes. Booking Sunshine Suites direct here removes that platform fee entirely, so the same home and the same dates cost your group less. We hear from groups that the direct saving often covers a full extra night, which is why most repeat guests stop booking through the apps.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum-stay length varies by season and around major events, so the most accurate way to confirm it for your trip is to request a quote for your exact dates. As a rule, whole-home stays in Paradise Village run a few nights or more rather than single nights, and peak weeks may carry a longer minimum. Send your arrival and departure and we will confirm the minimum that applies, along with the nightly rate, the $325 cleaning fee, and 11.2% tax, before you commit.
