What are the house rules at a glance?

What time is check-in and check-out?
Both are at noon. Check-in is at 12:00 noon and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Because this is a large home, we set aside a full day to clean it thoroughly between stays, so you may notice a gap on the calendar between bookings. That is on purpose, and it is why the house is spotless when you walk in.
How does self check-in work?
Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock, so there is no front desk and no key handoff. We send your arrival details and the entry code before your trip, and you let yourselves in whenever you arrive after noon. For a group coming in waves, that means nobody has to wait on anyone else to get inside.
What is the cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before your arrival date. If you need to cancel closer to your stay, the terms are in your booking confirmation, so just reach out and we will walk you through it. We keep it simple and fair.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
No to both. We do not allow pets, which keeps the home comfortable and allergen-free for every guest, and there is no smoking anywhere on the property, inside or out. Keeping the house clean and fresh for the next family is the whole reason behind both rules.
How many guests can stay?
